Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
To avoid losing your deposit, cancel or reschedule your appointment according to the following:
All appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations without the required notice will result in the loss of the deposit, and the remaining service fee will be charged. You must book and pay a new deposit for your next appointment.
NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend your appointment without providing an appropriate cancellation or rescheduling notice will be treated as a no-show and result in the loss of the deposit, and the remaining service fee will be charged.

LATE ARRIVALS
15 Minute Sessions
Because this is our shortest service block, any arrival after your scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. Your deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining service fee will be charged.
Sessions Longer Than 15 Minutes
Arrivals up to 15 minutes late may receive the remaining duration of your session; the full session fee still applies.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice are treated as a no-show and forfeit the deposit, and the remaining service fee will be charged.
