To respect everyone’s time and secure your spot, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit of your scheduled service fee at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service total. NOTICE REQUIREMENTS All appointments require at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the remaining service fee will be charged. A new deposit will be required to rebook. No-shows (failure to cancel and failure to attend the appointment) will also result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the remaining service fee will be charged. A new deposit will be required for future bookings. ADDITIONAL TERMS Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or, if significant, may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show at our discretion. Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times with at least a 24-hour notice each time. After two reschedules, the original deposit will be forfeited, and any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly violates these policies.
